Castle

A friend gave us her fisher price castle slide, and Felicity loves it. She is a little climber. We like to send her dolls down the slide too. It is a good way to have her get some energy out.

Another Flower Face

Here is Felicity's sign agian for when we say "flower". It really makes us laugh. That and the sign she does for horse which is rocking back and forth. She loves to pull books of the bookshelf and bring them to me. Last week she pulled off "Dare to Discipline" and handed it to me. I wonder if she is trying to tell me something.

Yes, a Bow in Hair is Possible

Some friends just gave Felicity some hair bows that will actually stay in her hair. Unfortunately, due to lack of hair, I still get asked a lot if Felicity is a girl or boy even in pink. And, Mom-mom, these are the pj's you got Felicity last Christmas. It is finally getting chilly enough at night that she needs them. Thank you!

Shoes

Felicity has quite a fascination with shoes now. We have to keep our shoes hidden or else she has to be trying them on, carrying them around or eating them. She loves to have her shoes on too, although she is not a big fan of socks. She often wants socks off and shoes on.

Climbing in Big Chairs

Felicity loves to either climb into or be helped into "big people" chairs. After you put her in the chair she will laugh or get a huge smile on her face that seems to say, "I am a big grown-up, look at me!" Yesterday I heard her calling/crying for me from her room. She had gotten up into the rocking chair by herself and couldn't get down.

A Hot Day at the Park

Felicity loves slides as long as she is in my lap. I bought her a tiny Little Tike slide that is in our living room and she will do that by herself, but anything bigger is usually with mommy or it is scary.
She often leans forward like this in the swing, and just goes limp.
Won't be long before Felicity can climb up like her cousin Sarah.

Mini Golf

I took my niece Sarah to a mini golf course here. Only I didn't get to play because Felicity decided she needed my ball. Felicity especially enjoyed putting the ball in each hole. She still isn't the best walker, and you can see in the second picture the slope was too much for her to walk, and she had to crawl down. Sarah for the next 48 hours kept saying how at the last hole her ball disappeared.

Visit to Petting Zoo

Cousin Sarah came and we went to a little farm/farmers market called Strawberries on 903.

Felicity really is fearless. Before these pictures were taken, the goat had pressed his head into her hand while she was holding the rail. A minute later after she stopped crying, she reached out to touch the goat again. The picture where I am holding her where it looks like she is crying, she is actually laughing.
