Trick or Treat. Henry kept up with the girls and was so cute running from door to door.

Brent's Birthday

A new used suit from Brent's good friend.

This is how Henry has a temper tantrum. He lays on the floor in silence for a few minutes. I guess it is better than kicking and screaming-I always have to hide my laughing when he does this (almost daily).

Beach

Brent took the kids to the beach on Tuesday for the whole day. 3 hours at the beach and then 3 hours at the aquarium. They played under an empty lifeguard stand-Felicity is putting sand up on the wood. He wanted to go beacuse Tuesday was a beautiful day-possibly the last of the year.

Last week

We think karate might be in Henry's future. Most of the time he usually is without a shirt or a pair of pants in the house, and two mornings last week when I went to get him out of bed he had taken off all his clothes and his diaper. Winter might be tough.

Coaching Felicity's soccer game today. Her regular coach is out of town for 2 games, but most of the rules came back to me today from playing in middle school. Felicity did great. Mostly, I just have to tell the girls where to stand and when to "freeze" because the ball is out of bounds.

Ran a 5 K last weekend at work. Time-30 minutes. McDonalds cheeseburgers waiting near the finish line for free-hmmm.

Soccer

Henry often ends up half dressed or with his shirt still on his head because he is ready to go before I can get his clothes completely on (or off).

A couple of the girls are really good. We somehow end up way ahead in goals in games.

Felicity is playing soccer this fall. She does well once she gets to the games, but getting there can be a hassle. Guess who is coaching the next 2 games while the coach is out of town? I'll figure it out-a true soccer mom.

Big sister!

Felicity is strong-most of the time Henry likes this, but I tried to get her to pick him up to get him out of a bouncy house this weekend, and he wouldn't have it.

Trees in our yard

This tree was struck by lightning about 2 weeks after the hurricane. Then our neighbor payed to have it and all the trees near it cut down.

There were all sorts of interesting sights after the hurricane. Not sure how a log ended up there.

Our messy yard took weeks-about 4-6 weeks or so to completely clean up.

We went to a bear tea party at a local toy store. It seems like every week now somewhere we go there is a character similar to this. Today and yesterday we saw the Bulldog mascot at my work events, at the pizza shop tonight, there was Jojo the Pizza man, last week at story time they had a giant Mouse. The kids love it though.

Eating dinner after baths. Felicity was determined to have a towel on her head like mommy sometimes has.

We love our Chickens

Our chickens are producing 3 eggs a day. Must be all the love and care and swinging that they get with us. These are pictures from August when my brother and his family all came.
