I Love Aida!

As you can see, Felicity thinks her Aida, is pretty fun. We'll see her again soon!

Oriental Trip

We took a day trip to Oriental, NC, the sailing capital of NC. Along with lots of sailboats, we also went to see the Coastal Living Idea Home. It was very impressive-we liked the idea of sails for curtains, although we won't use winning sails from the America's Cup like the Idea Home did. Felicity and I pose in the Idea Home bathroom.

Now 100% Healthy

Felicity went to the doctor today and is back to 100%. No more yucky lungs. She is busy as ever (although she really never slowed down even with the pneumonia). She LOVES crawling through this tunnel we borrowed from her friend Caleb. She will crawl through and laugh and laugh (of course I couldn't get her to laugh for this video).

A Bad Cold

Felicity got a bad cold at the beach last week. She now has antibiotics for an ear infection and nebulizer treatments every four hours to get the gunk out of her lungs. She is still happy though-although the first two times the mask was on her face, she screamed. She is used to it now though and sits calmly. On the up side, our insurance paid for a nice nebulizer machine that we can keep for future needs.

I Lied

My last post said that Felicity's first trip to the beach was in Myrtle Beach, but I forgot, we visited the beach in China. Here Felicity is enjoying the sand. The pacifier must stay in the mouth so that the sand does not go in.

First Beach Trip

Felicity had her first (and second and third) visit to the beach last week. We went to Myrtle Beach for the week. The first time she loved it and crawled right out into the waves. The second trip, she got sand and water in her eyes and didn't have so much fun. The third trip, I was more careful, and she again had a good time.

Back from China

We arrived back from a great trip to China. Felicity was quite the little star and she drew crowds at times. Everyone loved her light hair, blue eyes and gave big smiles to everyone. She did great, but now she is jet lagged and getting up at 3 in the morning! Here we are on a ferry boat in China.
