Arts and Crafts

Felicity built a "chicken coop, a house, and an ice cream shop" with blocks yesterday.

Been doing lots of arts and crafts lately because of the heat. You can see Felicity's blue boxes and Henry's white boxes in the background. I fill up the boxes every day-one project in each box, and then through the day we do the projects when there is down time. It allows me to have lots of projects and games ready to go without thinking-and they can go see and pick which they want to do. Love it! Thank you to my neighbor for sharing the idea.

Playing in a tent today since it has been kind of rainy.

Today

I am so excited that my children finally really play together and talk to each other. At the park today they just went down the slide and played together for over an hour. Now I am sitting watching them have a pretend tea party, just talking and laughing at each other. How nice and fun!
